The Board of Directors of THiS Less-is-more Group AB (publ) (“THiS” or the “Company”) has today decided that the subscription period for the share issuing process (the “Offer”) that the Company announced in a press release on March 31, 2022, is further extended to September 1, 2022.
The reasons for the extended subscription period are as follows:
- The company is currently in final negotiations and in the due diligence process with companies that THiS Group intends to acquire. By extending the subscription period, the Company has the opportunity to complete the acquisitions within the framework of the existing issue decision.
- Potential investors are given one last opportunity to invest in the Company before listing.
The Board has also decided to reduce the minimum investment to SEK 880,000. Other terms regarding the Offer are referred to the press release the Company published on March 31, 2022 and to Pitch Deck which was published in connection with the Offer.
